At Glowing Ghouls, all products are handmade in small batches and carefully packaged to arrive safely. Please review our shipping policies below.
Order Processing
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Business days are Tuesday through Saturday.
We are closed Sunday and Monday. Orders placed during those days will begin processing on Tuesday.
During large releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
Replacement orders are subject to the same standard processing times.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size and destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged Packages in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged or empty:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide photos of:

The box
-
The shipping label

The contents (or lack thereof)

Keep all packaging materials
We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement once documentation is received.
Please note: Carrier investigations may take time. Replacement orders are subject to normal processing timelines.
Lost Packages in Transit
If tracking has not updated or your package appears lost in transit:

Contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Once confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement will be issued (subject to availability).
Delivered but Missing / Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered,” Glowing Ghouls is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery.
We recommend monitoring tracking information and ensuring a secure delivery location.
As a one-time goodwill gesture, we may offer a 20% discount code toward a replacement order. This is issued at our discretion.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Heat Sensitivity
Some products (including sugar scrubs and wax melts) are sensitive to high temperatures.
While we take precautions when packaging, we cannot guarantee that products will not soften or melt during transit in extreme heat.
We recommend:

Retrieving packages promptly upon delivery

Avoiding leaving packages outdoors in direct sunlight

Bringing items indoors immediately during warmer months
Minor melting does not affect product performance. Products may be restored by allowing them to return to room temperature.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to address error, reshipping fees will apply.
