Yes — we offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax).

Orders are handcrafted and processed within 3–7 business days (Tuesday–Saturday).
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location and carrier (USPS or UPS). Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure and contact the carrier to file a claim.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products.
What if I don’t love a scent?
Scent is personal — and we understand that.
We offer a one-time courtesy exchange per customer for the same product type in a different scent (subject to availability). Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll send a replacement (standard processing times apply).

How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep lids tightly closed when not in use.
Can products melt?
Some products (like sugar scrubs and wax melts) may soften in extreme heat. This does not affect performance — allow them to return to room temperature before use.

All products should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Candles and wax warmers should never be left unattended.
Are your products medical-grade?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
