At Glowing Ghouls, every order is handcrafted in small batches with care. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days.
Business days are Tuesday through Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Please note: During major launches, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may extend slightly.
Replacement orders are treated like new orders and follow the same processing timeline.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using:
• USPS
• UPS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax).
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the package and contents
If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine next steps.
Claims may need to be filed with the shipping carrier. In some cases, we may file the claim directly.
Stolen or Missing Packages After Delivery
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Glowing Ghouls is no longer responsible.
We do not replace or refund packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
Please ensure your delivery location is secure. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and retrieving packages promptly.
Heat Sensitivity
Our products are handcrafted and may be sensitive to extreme heat.
During warmer months:
• Orders are shipped early in the week when possible
• Customers should retrieve packages promptly after delivery
We are not responsible for product changes due to prolonged heat exposure after delivery.
(Sugar scrubs and wax melts may soften in transit but typically return to normal once cooled.)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, cancellations may incur a 5% processing fee to cover payment processing costs.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
